Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup kale, stems removed
  • 1 cup mango, frozen chunks
  • 1 cup pineapples, frozen chunks
  • 1/2 cup spinach, fresh
  • 2 tbsp ginger, freshly grated
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/3 cup papaya juice
  • 1/3 cup white grape juice
  • 1 tsp Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 scoop Collagen Boost, optional


Instructions

  1. Add carrots, kale, and spinach to your blender first for even blending
  2. Layer in frozen mango and pineapple chunks for perfect consistency
  3. Add freshly grated ginger and lemon juice
  4. Pour in papaya juice, white grape juice, and Stevia
  5. Add collagen boost if using
  6. Start blending on lowest speed and gradually increase to highest
  7. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth with no leafy bits
  8. Serve immediately or store in fridge for up to 24 hours
